JURISDICTIONS
The Court of Appeal is the highest
appellate court for criminal cases. Court of Appeals
hear cases from High
Court and Intermediate Court both in civil and criminal cases.
Appeal of civil. cases heard from the Court of Appeal will
be heard before the Judicial Committee of Her Majesty's Privy Council in
London (provided all parties
agree to do so before hearing of the appeal in the Brunei
Darussalam Court of Appeal.).
The Court of Appeal t only sits twice a year,
usually in April and November. The Court of Appeal
