HIGH COURT JURISDICTIONS
This court hears appeal cases from Magistrates Courts. It has unlimited civil and criminal jurisdictions. The High Court deals with civil and criminal cases outside the jurisdiction limits of the Intermediate Court and Magistrate Courts.
Criminal cases heard by the High Court are as follows:-
(i) Murder/offences not amounting to murder.
(ii) Possessing firearms.
(iii) Perdagangan secara haram dadah terkawal.
(iv) Gang robbery.
(v) Rape.
